Wtf?

Im hoping im wrong...but i was fartin around wikipedia cause this guy i know is messed up from taking LSD recently (he's an idiot) anyway, i came upon this http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hallucinogen_persisting_perception_disorder

HPPD. Now, i was reading it and i was like yea ok...but then i read further into it and realized that some of these exact same things happen/ed to me. Not so much anymore, but particularly when i was a kid, obviously these were not drug induced. I still have the little floater dot things in my vision, but i remember i used to close my eyes and see objects with really thick outlines and boarders. Ive also had plenty of times where id close my eyes and see geometric shapes float by and basically ive demonstrated every sympton in the description.

Now, here's the thing, most of these have stopped, but were really common when i was young, around 5-12. So my question is, wtf? lol :dontknow:

Well my guess would be as follows:
Drugs are chemicals that have different effects on the body and the mind. I would guess your body was chemically imbalanced as a kid and when you started getting close to puberty whatever was causing your hallucinations changed due to you body chemistry changing. Hell I don't know, but this makes sense to me.

I think that you were just growing. Eyes change shape over time. OR Eyes do use a lot of oxygen, so you could have had a blood flow problem that you grew out of. I'm no biology expert, but I do know a little.

well..i am now.. i was messed up on that crap for tooo long... and now with 6 yrs sober i see what a waste it was.. all i was sayin was i come here to talk about trucks,not ppls drug experiences...:thumpdown:
