So far with street driving and a 300 mile road trip no issues. My rear is usually very stiff so not much different in ride comfort.

Cornering on some familiar ramps the truck feels tighter and more secure!

I may have to adjust driving habits on the track because in the past I allow for some lag because the truck is not perfect in cornering. On one ramp I had to adjust my steering into the turn because the truck turned better than I thought.

Next up will be a parking lot autocross this weekend I hope and by month's end Road America!

Looks great, but wouldn't want to drive that around on normal streets... almost no clearance below the traction bars!

Let us know how it does on the track!:top:

Actually the rear mounts for the Calvert traction bars sit 2 inches above the ground with street tires and 1 inch with race tires.

No issues with well over 10,000 miles with the traction bars. Just have to watch the road in front of you anything sticking up is a hazard and on the road courses same thing. I would have to have a flat tire for the bars to scrap the ground, just about rim level they sit.

the clearance issue appears to be due to the drop you have. are those 3 inch blocks? that is no big deal. a drop without blocks would eliminate it. either way, we all have to deal with issues depending on what set up we have. since you notice a difference already, could be we are getting more side play than we thought. the rear x bar helps by eliminating flex at the hanger but the springs are still flexing sideways in hard turns. looking good so far. test it hard for us!

Looks good, and sounds like it works pretty good so far.

So you cannot have the spare tire with the link in place, correct?

My times sucked but the cool day favored those on street tires verses race rubber and shorter wheelbases.

First time up against a GMC Typhoon...

The Watts link worked perfect, no complaints. Despite the cooler temps. traction was almost perfect and I think the Watts link helped a bit but really I will not know until I hit the familiar road courses for a more detailed analysis.

I hope the weather holds for the Road America track day coming up!

I had national champion Denise Cashmore ride with me and she had no issues with my driving or lines I take. She watched me and said I was running good lines and by the sheer size of the truck I was holding it down really well for what I have to deal with which is obvious, size, wheelbase and weight.

So it was nice to get a boost from a national champion driver!

It looks like a FAYS2.net but who knows where it originates from?...

From the pics it looks like you can maybe raise it up for DJM clearance...

This should help with any kind of lateral driving, Roadrace, Drift, or just taking turns hard around town...
