Well today is the 2 year anniversary of my truck running 12.720 @ 106.20
I know it wont stay at the top forever, but I am still proud of the white beast for moving that fast! Got me thinking...do you think this will ever be beat? And if so what will it take?

I personally think this will be the fastest time for a stock engine. I think because the traction issues are so huge, it is going to take a built engine with a ton of power to overcome my huge launch advantage.

What do you guys think?

Congrats, but...I think I will have the fastest 1GR on stock motor. Im comming for you buddy.lol. I think im already the fastest XR on stock un-flashed ecu. and i do have the traction issue worked out, Its not so huge with the right tire.:top: Im just not sure if i can better that time on the stock soooo crappy 6 speed. I KNOW I will destroy that time with a t56, but i dont have the money for that just yet.

My ultamate goal is to beat this time with my stock motor. and then laugh at toyota. 12.0 with those mods is still worth laughing at.lol

We will see.... maybe it wont ever happen and you guys will laugh at me. hahaha

I disagree. I think it requires more than just the tire set up. I believe it will take tires AND power levels beyond what a stock engine is safe with. Now you or someone else could very well beat my time without the a built up engine, but I think it will be a ticking time bomb.

Well the rtr x runner only had 504hp and 550 ft lbs an auto and 4:30 rear end so I think it is diable on stock motor.

Your right.. After my last test runs, the truck does need traction bars and motor mounts (I think) to fix some issues i was having. But if this truck had a good trans I wouldnt need that stuff, just tires. And can you post up your time slip? i wanna check it out.
Lets just say your pushing 10psi on your supercharger making 350ish, or whatever... My turbo setup will also be at 10psi and hopefuly making around 450ish. I belive that is within what the stock motor can handle, and as long as the tune is right, It will not be a time bomb. 450hp and a good 60ft will be enough to do at least a mid 12. I will hopefuly prove its reliability by partaking in the TX2k13 event. But we will see if my trans will hold up, If its not working well with 350hp im a little worried about turning the boost up.lol

I believe my truck was around 400rwhp that night. Considering I trapped 106 and we know 1 mph is around 10 rwhp...Gadget is making 450 and trapped 111...

on a side note...anyone want to try and beat my trucks consistency? lol:crinklehair:

Can't always go off that math, I was trapping 103-104 my night at the track running those garbage ass mid 13's. Making now where near 400whp lol. not by a long shot.

Im not going by times, im going by trap speed which is more directly related to power/weight ratio and can give you a better idea of the power

it is a guesstimate. My truck was running E85 and was probably very close to 400 rwhp. Keep in mind my truck is heavier, so it takes more power to run a faster trap

One day, if Toon ever gets his LSD in, and has some nice stickies on, I think his will be a very good contender to take the belt from Werty. Basically the same truck except PreRunner.

Now, that being said, if Werty had a turbo kit like Toon's or Clifford's, that would make his time theoretically even better. Which would be awesome to see what that could be. 400whp and 450wtq. Think about it Werty. Think about it.
