I'm not sayin it wont make power lol, I kno the 1gr is very capable of that, I'm just sayin that because there arent very performance companies the ones out there charge crazy prices for parts. I'm not knocking anybody or our trucks by no means all I'm saying is that we don't have the legendary 2jz so why are our parts the same prices or higher than those of that motor? And again, I don't mean to step on anybodys toes

1200 is right around the norm for a FFIM, if not even a bit on the cheap side. No matter the motor.

Mostly because there is a very small demand for a custom intake manifold to be built for a 1gr. Whenever something isnt mass produced, the cost is going to be much higher.

Have u even seen the price on a good intake manifold for a 2jz???
It cost way more than 1200.
So 1200 is a good price for a custom manifold.

im not just talkin about custom stuff. ive found some parts that are really cheap but also found some parts that are crazy expensive. even some of the aftermarket stuff is insane.But all that aside ill give credit where its due, the guys who made the intakes are doin an awesome job, it just sucks that a good majority of our parts are all custom made.

hopefully so, i love my X cause of its uniqueness in my area. there are only 3 in the state and 1 of them is a garage queen.
