Ya'll know I cant say anything of what I see or build before Toyota announces it.
But I can say we build five 2013 Tacomas today at TMMTX......
The only word I can say to describe them is, "Options, Options, OPTIONS..........."

Yes that is correct.

Tacoma is now offered in a Limited Option.
1. Chrome Door handles
2. Chrome Mirrors
3. Leather Seats (Heated or Non Cooled)
4. Limited Emblem on the Tailgate where the Xrunner Emblem Goes.....

As Far As Xrunner it is all the same.........................
As Far as Tacoma
1. Same Engine Options
2. Same Transmission Options
3. Same Brake Options

Expect

Xrunners now have a 6.1 screen as a radio. Infact all Tacomas have this as a radio.
1. Base model
2. SR5
3. Limited
4. Xrunner

The only option with this is Nav or No Nav.

We will start production in late July, early August.
We are just trialing parts, making sure everything will fit and work as designed.

Looks like I won't be upgrading anytime soon. I bet it will still have rear drum brakes.....the only vehicle Toyota makes with rear drums:thumbdown:
