drove normal. took it to about 3500. drove like stock, no issues, no funny smells, no kicking or surging. i was worried, but soon as i took off i knew it was fine.

I think the only out there was Jonathan's. 14.5 @ ? i'd guess like 93 or 94. jaxchrisfla hit 14.6 N/A. Those are the two fastest XR times I've heard of.

Well i hit 14.355 @ 96mph with my TRD SC. :biggrin:
That's WITHOUT slicks, WITHOUT traction bar
that was also my first time EVER racing a drag strip.

im sure if i stayed and dialed in my runs i could have done better.. it was just so damn crowded there i said screw it
Traction was my biggest issue... couldnt hook up for sh!t
I see high 13's being very feasible with just slicks, maybe a traction bar

oh ya, you'll be in the 13's for sure. you get that 60' to a 1.9-2.1, you'll be running 13.5-13.9. Very nice, what is your elevation? what was the track temp?

yes, i do. the install was cake, just take your time. only hard part (or possible issue) is the crank pulley bolt, which can be handled by an impact wrench, or, putting the truck in 6th gear, e brake on, 33mm socket, and a breaker bar. rest is simple tools.
