I run Hawk pads and Hawk cross drilled rotors on my XR. Super quiet and great stopping power

I'm running some autozone specails right now, duralasts. They suck, possibly the most brake dust ive ever seen come from these pads.

I should have made a write up when i did mine, but i was painting the calipers at the same time, so ppl would be confused as far as pix go.

most of it is self explainitory. You may need to do the old trick of using channel locks and and the old pad to compress the piston so you can slide the new pad in there.

I use Hawk HPS pads and they work great. Good stopping power and low dust. I picked them up at Autoanything.com. I have never used EBC.

Yes they do. I don't have a link for them but I think URD sells them.

I didn't know URD sold the TRD brake pads....

I ended up buying the EBC yellow stuff ones off of autoanything on sale. I haven't tried them but they have good reviews.

On 2nd set of TRD, go 60k fun miles out of the first set. Dusty but well worth the trade off.
Second set is paired up with slot & dimple rotors from brakeperformance. . . which imho, is overrated. It did not shorten the stopping distance one bit.
