Please Read Post #28 Under Multy System Failure For Updated Info.

What Color Wires Are Used For The Steering Wheel Adapter Control.?? Think Stereo Shop May Have Mis-wired My Wheel To Stereo Wiring. Causing Voltage Spikes On Guage Circuitry.possibility Of Wiring Damge Due To Voltage Spikes Causing Shorted Wiring Causing Ecu To Burn Out Prematurely.

DOES THAT STEREO HARNES ALSO GET SPLICED IN OR IS IT JUST THE STEEERING WHEEL INTERFACE CONTROLLER? THOUGHT STEREO WAS NOTHING MORE THAN ADAPTER HARNESSES FROM STOCK RADIO WIRING TO THE PIONEER HARNESSES TO THE HEAD UNIT.:top:

The steering wheel controls are on a seperate plug - there are 4 plugs that plug in the back of the factory radio.... one of them is strictly for the steering wheel controls.

I doubt this was the problem though because its a negative switched power and all the wires going to the steering wheel are all negative.
