when EXACTLY is the drawing? and how do we know it's not going to be rigged?

form what i got he isnt linking names to tickets so he does not know who has what ticket number

Because all the tickets are in a huge tub and I dont have peoples names on them so the only way that I will know if it is the persons or not is checking through paperwork and getting the other half of the ticket back. :top:
