Thanks for the bump fellas, i really dont want to sell it but i have no choice the house i purchased dont have much room to store this. lol i got caught up with the 2 car garage to store my toys in and didnt give any thoughts on the lift space lol

yes it bolts to the floor. when you dont need it you can unbolt it and move the post ( post come with wheels). its a lift for ppl who wants to have a lift in their garage and can still utilize the space. There is a video online
