I just talked to a guy on X runner owners that recommended doin a drive by cable conversion? I've noticed since owning my truck that there is a good bit of hesitation after shifting gears when I'm gettin on the truck. I didn't kno this conversion was possible butiI'm very interested in it.

You will have very linear pedal response. But you will need an aftermarker ecu that can work without it. You will get a CEL and likely not be able to run properly , with just a conversion and the OEM ECU. It uses it for its tuning I believe.

Lol well once again it's that ecu problem. Since we last spoke on my other thread I'm thinking about the map-ecu series.. would that one work?

I've been wondering this myself are you talking about when you shift it doesn't want to drop down? By that I'm meaning the rev on the engine.
