DTLT and the URD Rear O2 Sim Question

So my plan was to but the DTLT and the X-1 at the same time. My question is if I have the X-1 will i need the o2 sim? also will it hurt the truck in any way if i dont have the x-1 or the o2 sim with the DTLT installed? I have read that the check engine light will stay on but is that all that will happen? I really wish the x-1 wash in stock because i have the funds lol.

It wont hurt anything. But dont bother waiting for the X-1. Just buy the long tubes and get the o2 sim.

Like said it won't hurt not having an o2 sim until a real problem comes outta the wood work and you don't notice cause your CEL is always on. You will be waiting a while to if ever see an x-1 again, just get the o2 sim and if on one miracle day the x-1's make it to market sell the o2 sim...
