It sells for $228+shipping on ebay..
I'll let it go for $100 (Local Pickup in Buena Park,CA 90620)
or $135 shipped

This literally bolts on in place of the original tailgate cap.
A few strips of 3M auto trim tape are needed as well (not provided)

Well if it ever makes it to me(3rd in line) I don't want it. Mainly cause I'm getting rid of my X and it won't look good on a TRD Sport Dubcab and because I hear there's 2 small cracks in it. Yes I know they all crack but if I'm buying something I don't want anything wrong with it unless the price is a steal and I can fix the problem easily.
