FS: used 6k hids fogs

got a set of used 6k fog light kit, nothing wrong wit them jus changin to 3k instead, lookin for 100 plus shippin. i had them for a lil under a year.

are they 35W or 55W....is this the complete kit, i.e. bulbs, ballasts, and harnesses
