I didn’t chance it. Just upgraded out of the gate. For a couple hundred dollars why not buy the insurance? If you’re willing to spend $4K+ to S/C the truck why skimp on the pump? Logic doesn’t compute to me...

I just don't get why so many people work so hard not to do a pump/filter upgrade. It is just nuts to me.

Get calls and emails at URD all the time from people that want to argue if it is really needed or not. I just say the info is out there, it is your truck, you decide.

That said, i replaced my stock fuel pump long ago, thank you gadget, great instructions! :)
