Cool, thanks for the reply. I took the torx off but the stock plastic won't budge & I was wondering if I was doing something wrong.
Yeah, in the PE application notes it mentions the front rail removal.

It's been a while since I did mine. I think there are like 10 push in tabs on the top of the tailgate. Just tug on it and they'll come out. None of mine broke. Even if they did, you don't need them for the spoiler!

MaxLatG - if you put one on your RR, PLEASE post pics. I've been thinking about doing the rollup route instead of the Gaylord but I haven't seen one on a RR so I'm a little hesitant.

i was hell bent on getting one of those...i think i asked you about it in the PM's...the local dealer here said arounf $1700 installed...

little more than i wanted to spend on a bed cover...i may look into the jack rabbit instead of the full metel... a S/C (waiting on Gadget) is more important right now
