How much stress does it put on a vehicle when it undergoes a dyno run? Is more stress than regular driving or the same? Thx.

Depends on the dyno and how it is used.

A typical acceleration is pretty much the same as it is on the street.

A loading dyno when it is used to hold the the engine at a specific RPM can put a bit more stress on things. This is not a normal acceleration run.

How is it when tuning? A dyno is typically used for that right?

It will be about the same load as normal driving if your tuning.
