K/N and 3 tires anyone?

I have a K/N intake for sale (63 series) and 3 bridgestone tires: 1 is the spare and has no miles on it at all, the other 2 have about 10,000 miles left on them. The reason being I just got new tires today (nexen 3000's) and I need to get rid of all four things. So if anyone is interested I will sell intake and tires for $250, I'm looking for someone close by to deliver and save on shipping cost, plus since I have new tires I don't mind driving a bit to break them in. i NEED the new spare tire.. i lost one of my tires that had 900 miles on it tuesday and now im driving on a bald tire until i can get a new one. i'm willing to pay shipping to get it here, it should be about 30 or 40. ground shipping is fine too b/c it shouldn't rain in the next week so i'll be ok drivin on a bald tire..

if u must sell all 3 tires and noone else wants them, i'll get all 3 just to make the deal happen.
