Looking for an Xrunner

I'm new to the forum, and looking for a used 06 xrunner. Being in Toronto, ON (Canada) there are very few. The few that I have looked have about 84000miles/135000km. These vehicles being Toyota I know they will last forever, but what major services or repairs should I look out for if I were to purchase an XRunner with high km?

I don't know if you can transfer the warranty to Canada.
