well i've installed a compustar 2way alarm and its got an exhaust on it. So an intake will be next either the trd or urd. i'd really like to do some sort of FI but thats prettey expensive

You've got 2 options

a) redo your RGM to fit the URD TCAI (won't fit behind a fully recessed grill) or
b) get the TRD

Ya u can but have to have a spot for the air sensor! The k&n is a cone filter!
