No drill license plate Bracket?

Anybody got a line on where one can get a no drill license plate bracket? perhaps made specifically for an XR?

Come and see me, I'll make you something. I saw a company at the SEMA show last year that makes brackets for some models. I'll have to see if I can find the web site again.

About 15 bucks in supplies from Home Depot. Mounts to bolt by the bottom of the rad. Irunnit did a write up here somewhere.
