I know first gear is short in our trucks, so I have to ask, with the s/c do you spin through first with those tires? I'm n/a and since I put the 285 kdw2 tires on mine I don't spin anymore... I can hardly break them loose actually.

I only have about 10 miles on them and they are still REALLY oily. Right now I can easily break them loose at 55mph (highest mph I tried) and I went super sideways lol. Kinda dangerous. Once they get "broken in" so to say, I will let you know

they make them in 245/40R18 and 265/35ZR18 and 275/35ZR18 and 275/40ZR18.

you should be able to fit the 275's on stock wheels just fine. people are running 285's all the way around on here

Dayum! Looks like they stuck REALLY well on that first shift. Judging by the video, that sucker hooks and moves. :top:

Time to make a new 40-90 and 60-100 vid. :D

To bad the gauge doesn't read lower than 10AFR. I am now curious how rich you are actually running.

Oh really? I was told that even 275 are too wide for 8" wide rims

There was a member who ran 285's on the OEM wheels. Had the scaled down appearance of a large off road tire on a small wheel.Lot of sidewall bulge. He said it hooked well in a straight line, but it they would flex way to much in the corners. Made it squirrely.

For street handling, 275's are too wide for the 8" wide wheel. I run 275's on my 9.5" width.
