Rattling noise underneath

When my x is just sitting at idle there is a rattle coming from underneath the chassis.
I assume its something to do with the exhaust anyone have this issue and have a fix for it?

When parked, does the sound of the rattle change when you rev up to ~3K RPMs, then let off the accelerator? I had a cat go bad on another vehicle, and the internal parts of the cat were rattling around inside the can. The sound changed with the exhaust flow going through the cat.

Not aware of any fixes for that, other than to replace (or delete) it. But I would definitely get a second opinion before you shell out the money for a new cat!

Exhast heat sheild could also be bent. Crawl under your truck and check.
Hope it's a quick and easy fix!
