ive heard they get clogged about 30,000 miles. plus it will convert from a in tank filter to an external filter! and its cheaper than a factory replacement

so to answer you question, it would be running the risk of not supply'n enough fuel under boost, and risk lean out conditions

Turbo: T4, .58-.60 A/R turbine v-band and roughly .60 A/R compressor side
oil pump: turbo workz or sts depending on price
Blow off valve: Hks ssqv
Injectors: ----------?
Waste gate:--------?
tuning: urd map ecu 3 or possibly the AEM FIC
Piping: Making my own, 2.5in piping
Intercooler: One side in/out. Mounted behind grill, 29x8x3.5
Fuel pump: Aftermarket
Spark plugs: colder?
Vaccum lines: 4mm for bov, still figuring out the rest
Oil line: ------

What spark plug would you recommend, how many steps colder?

i think a rule of thumb is

1-5 psi is stock to one step colder
5-8 psi is one step colder
8-12 psi two step colder...ect

i not sure on the "right" psi numbers but you get the idea

im going to be running about 6-8 psi and going to run one step colder

The gauges I plan on running are fuel air ration, boost, oil pressure and maybe fuel pressure. Any other gauges? :crinklehair:

This is what im doing for gauge mounting, its a double din dash kit with a 3 gauge single din gauge pod, its not done, just mocked it up, im going to fill in the gaps and what not.... and NO this is not the radio im using...lol its was just used for mock up only...lol the gauges im running are VDO boost and oil press, and the Innovate MTX-L AFR wideband :top:

I was thinking about doing the same thing but I just have no reason to replace the stock radio, that is pretty sweet.

I'm only using IKH22's and I see 10psi of boost. No issues whatsoever as far as knock, fuel, A/F ratio or anything else. I do plan on going to the IKH24's in the future though and wish i could get them shipped to my house by Saturday so I could install them because I'm yanking the blower off to do some work anyways.

I need to figure out my waste gate still, injectors will be pretty easy. Also what fuel pump are you guys running?
No prices yet from sts, I doubt they will send me them even

Wg- I have a tial and would do the same but kinda pricey
fuel pump- walbro 255
spark plugs- denso ik22's or 24's depending on boost
oil lines-for feed line use -4an with a check valve/return use -8an all ss braided
on the vacuum lines i would just buy a multipack of fittings and when ready get all measurements as you'll need a few diff sizes

Yeah, next few parts coming in should be the turbo itself and some little things
