reson to believe mobil 1 oil filters are made by K&N

so my oil change is due and i found a ad online for advance discount. (5 quarts any mobil 1 loi and a mobil 1 filter for 28.99). so in a heart beat i was gone. picked up 5 quart extended performance and a mobil 1 extended performance filter filter. so peviously i use the same oil and a k&n oil filter. so i started the oil change and this is what i found

ps: and all the internal hardware looks the same also

Very Interesting But I Would Think That Mobile 1 Makes The K&n Oil Filter. I Beleive Mobile 1 Has Been Making Oil Filters Alot Longer Than K&n. But Nice Observation

Or K&N could be made by Mobile 1 :biggrin:

I say stick with the Toyo filter tho, buts thats just my preference :top:
