RR Up Josey/Trnity Mills Carrollton

I was in a SWB and I caught up to a RR that had some mods. Looked like the passenger headlight wasn't working but the driver and fogs were hid's I think. The hood also had some black/carbon wrapping on it (hood scoop was left unwrapped)
