SITTIN' even SICer!

Just a shout out to Shane.. he's the man!

I've been Sittin' Sic for a while now, but with the 2" blocks in the rear. Today I put in the composites and love them!:top: I haven't pushed them yet, but I hit a major dip in the road and expected the spine jarring jolt from bottoming out, but it didn't hit! Incredible!

Also, just driving around on regular bumpy SoCal roads, I'm used to the "click clacking" coming from the back of the X (stock leaf springs). Now it's so silent! I never thought the X could be so quiet... except the sound of my intake and exhaust!

I'm still blown away by how quite the X is now! Just getting rid of the creaking and slapping noises from the back end of the X was worth it! The other benefits (ie. weight savings, stiffer, lower, coolness factor...) is just icing!:top:

he's running a banks monster exhaust with custom tip (I believe steve has a friend who works for banks) they had an extra oval tip lying around and matched the opening perfectly...:biggrin:
