Turbo kit # 3. Final design.

So im starting on my 3rd tacoma turbo kit and Im gonna share this build with my XR-U hommies! Im going a little larger on the turbo this time. Precision 6766 t4 .81 a/r. 1.75" headers, 2.5" merge pipes, 3" feed/Up pipe (to turbo), 3.5" exhaust. This kit is for an XRU member and he will push this kit to 700hp and i cant wait to see how it does. But in the mean time im gonna see how this kit does with stock motor on 10psi. Everything is a little over kill for a stock engine but im building it this way to be capable of 700-800 as well.

All i got done now is the collectors. im pulling the truck in the shop right now!

Quik recap....
Version 1, perfect quarter mile setup. not capable of 700hp

Intercooler is also only good for 450hp, so it will be changed.

Version 2, same kit just larger turbo, and charge pipe change-up. turbo capable of 700hp but im iffy on the kit.

Version 3, ALL NEW EVERYTHING. Easily it will make 700, but how will it perform with 400hp? We shall find out.

no. im running stock injectors and stock computer at 4psi and makes 320hp 350trq. But now thanks to you ill be getting some tunning software. Thanks bro!

Haha, Ya i think ur kit will do 600. It just might take a little more boost, just a little. The only thing im not sure about on your kit is if the 2.5" up-pipe to the turbo is large enough to flow a 4 liter engine at 700hp, maybe itll do 600 fine. Just build it up and lets find out! And ur kit is... ummm ur kit ur design, or Trspds design. It was my first tacoma kit but you told me how to design it for the most part. With ur DTs and intercooler and all. So i didnt include that as MY first kit. I still love you though... and ur sweet truck. LOL
