is there a possibility to ruin my engine if i add a supercharger later on? like is there a limit where you can add stuff to your engine?:hmmmm2:

The more miles the more chance of things failing, but i wouldn't be worried to the point of not adding one later on. Just maintain the engine well and you'll be fine.

Oh, I got that speed limiter issue solved. I have had my XR up to 150 MPH recently.

The only mods are listed in my mod list. Nothing else.

The purpose of that dyno test was to see how far the current prototype combination could be pushed and see what the max power gain was. It did perform a bit better than I expected, but I think it could do more. I still have a larger supercharger to try...

thats not the 1GR though we all know the 4 runner you have makes stupid amounts of HP whats your XR got :rock:

actually i belive 4th on the x-runner is damn close to 1:1

Yes, you are absolutely correct. The run posted in this thread was done in 5th gear and I think had top road speed near 140 MPH.

I wanted to know how much of a difference it made over 4th so my last run was in 4th. I think it was within 3-4 HP. I did three runs and all printed on top of each other including the 4th gear run. No tuning was done on the dyno. My road tune was perfect as it was.

I smoked up the stock clutch a good while ago. For the last year or so I have been working on the URD SuperGrip clutch assembly. Finally works perfectly, but now there are several other clutches out.
