Well, I bought them from him, so hopefully nothing is wrong. :top:

Chances are, everything is fine. Just keep an eye on your reflectors. Also, if you change the bulbs to a lower "K" output (like 4300), then you might reduce the likelihood of reflector burn assuming that UV degredation is the cause.

Well, I have Silverstar Ultras that aren't much less than 4300k (they are 4000k) and they are lame.

I'll just keep an eye on everything and I don't use my brights much, so if that caused some problems, I should be in the clear. Plus, I don't drive at night much either.
