if you're looking for just plain HIDs many of us are running ddmtuning.com s slim balast kit

That's what I am getting. For $120 you can get a hi/lo 55 watt kit for the headlights & a 55 watt kit for the fogs. That's $120 all together. Can't beat that.

My driver side ballast and one of my fogs blew (again) so I am ordering some DDM ones now. They also have a lifetime warranty...

Same Here. I have ddm tuning. 5k 55w slim digital ballast. it took forever to come I'm. Imo they look cheap, but work great. The color is nice and crisp. And the price is right

so for the 5k 55w HID kit would it be more yellow?? Since on the DDM site says the 55w kits tend to wash out some of the color of the HID bulb due to the light output??

DDM on my ride and previous ride. no problems. running the 35 watt slim ballast because i don't need to blind anybody. and the low beams are equipped with the hi-lo type bulbs. 5000K for best light output. any higher, it gets more blue and crappy.
