Wednesday, Jan 2, 2013 - true to my word in the 1/1/13 email, I dispute the charges with my CC company.
Saturday, Jan 5, 2013 - a USED red pulley shows up at my door. No word from nonstoptuning since monday, 12/24/12.
sometime on saturday, jan 5, 2013 - my complaint thread in nonstoptuning's subforum was deleted.
I never agreed to a used pulley and nonstoptuning have not contacted me to negotiate a price on the pulley given its used condition. I will be contacting my CC company to update them with the situation and will likely be mailing the pulley back to nonstoptuning after documenting its condition.
