What speakers are you running? Why?

10" Alpine type X, and Alpine type X componets in the front door with Kenwood amps. Why? I got a damn good deal!

running Sub X closure with a 10" MTX Jackhammer sub. Was on sale for 80 sumthin (circuit city). Pushin it with a MTX Terminator (mono) amp (150 sumthin). Running Pioneer 3 way CS (6x9 front; 6.5 rear). I had originally bought the 6.5 speaker adaptors for the front. Bought the 6.5s for the front, but ended up changing them to 6x9s. I didn't like the lack of mid bass. Still need to get an amp for my mids and highs as well as a compasitor. I have to say I am very impressed with the SubX and the Jackhammer sub. It rocks!

JL500.1 for subs
eclipse ea4000 for mids/highs

im runnin all of this b/c i got great deals on most of it and it sounds amazing.

well I just put my ne jvc cs-sf5 in today the arrived & I just couldnt help myself.

12" JL W7 with JL 1000 amp. Infiniti Kappa all around plus the tweeters with an Alpine V12. 1 farad digital cap with 4 gauge amp wire.

Stick with JL for the boom!

i have all alpine speakers.... including the alpine w205 touchscreen and navigation head unit... followed by jl 12 w7 with alpine pdx 1.1000 pushing it :rock:

it sounds great but I cant decied if I should keep it steath or if i should glass the doors & mount the speeks to the door.
