Which Set?? vvme.com HID's

so..... I was looking at the two kits that they have on vvme.com, not sure which one I need, the single or the Bi-Xenon kit. A few people have recommended this kit, but not sure which one. I know the bulb size is H4. Any help would be great. Are our bulbs high and low in a single bulb?? kinda confusing to me... Not much experience with lighting. Thanks for the help.
