Wiring a relay to headlight harness...HELP

Hey guys, i need a little bit of know-how for wiring a relay in with our headlights. I have been having problems with my hids and think power could be a problem. ANyone have a diagram of how they should be wired in? or helpful tips?

no diagram but what exact are the problems? i.e. is it flickering? not turning on? one side turns on but the other doesnt? if you want pm i can help you get a full wiring harness with relays
