So what are everyone's thoughts on the whitewater rafting idea? I'm hoping the temps are warm enough. We can reserve our own private guided boats in groups of 6 for less than $50 pp. That gets us a two hour time slot and depending on the speed of your group, 4 to 7 runs down the rapids! The rapids are man-made and are at the top of the mountain. Really looked awesome the last time we were there. Thought it would be a great "team building" type activity that was also a little out of the box.

So... I am all for the white water rafting Always willing to have a thrill....... might be cold but nothing a hot shower can't fix

It's all in the first post. But in a nutshell I'm compiling a list of confirmed attendees. I've asked that anyone who has made a reservation with the hotel to PM me so I can update the list in the first post.

Hey guys I just wanted to make sure you guys were aware that the Queen Suite is a 1 bedroom with a queen bed. It has a separate living room that has a fold down murphy bed that is also a queen bed. So for those of you looking to save a few $$ split the room with your favorite forum buddy!!

Matt, What river are you rafting? I would check the flow conditions, a low flow river is a major rafting killer. But hopefully by October the rivers are running better.

Read the OP, there's a link to the rafting. It's a man-made course at the Peak of Marsh Mountain. Wisp is at the base. I imagine the conditions are fairly predictable.
