1998 2.2l GMC Sonoma. My first ride, dad gave it to me on my 16th b-day, drove it till july 2009 when I parked it and started rippin it apart.

Plans:
Carbed 350 for a bare bones look under the hood. Nothing to wild with the engine, haven't started on it yet
Full air suspension, frame to the ground
Slam RE7 bags all the way around
two 5 gallon tanks
3/8 SMC valves, 1/2 lines
1/8 line to gauges
9 switch AVS swithc box (clear)
MMW Upper and lower Control arms.
Triangulated 4 link
8.2 GM rear, shortened, filled with eaton posi
rewire from scratch, no more computers to keep it simple
new guage cluster,
re-work interior, center console, floor shifter, nice bucket seats
and probably a bunch of small stuff along the way...

Nice dude, I helped a friend of mine with an s10 like that before. They are so easy to work on. It's nice working on something like that when you don't have to worry about messing anything up or keeping it drivable. Can't wait to see your progress.

I think every guy has had an S10 at one point in his life..lol. I had a couple slammed S-Dimes in my day..regret getting rid of every one of them. :frown:...I'm digging ur progress so far. keep us updated.

Lol it's like a tv show where you go to commercial and when you come back there is crazy progress. Haha. Looks good. You gonna do a body drop on it also?

haha right poof its done! except all that took 2 years, and im no where near done.

No plans for body drop, I was considering the wingswest body kit. Im still undecided on the skirts but I want the front end

That's pretty sweet, I like that kit. I can tell that's a lot of work. I sub'd to this. Want to see the finished product. Body drops are sweet, ton of work though. Problem always seems to be fitting the motor under the hood. But if you were gonna do a cowl or something it's not as big of a problem. But it's a good way to make it REALLY look low.

Nice project. I have had several S-10/G-15 s over the years. I would probably have one now, except in -08 you could not get a V-6. You had to go with the Isuzu I-5 or a 4 -banger.
