Has anyone tried that stuff you spray on your plates so the cameras can't get a clear pic?

I've seen those plate covers on cars before that do the same thing. I am curious also if they work. They state they are unnoticable when on the car but I noticed the plate covers easily. I'm wondering if you can get a ticket for that:dontknow:
