SoCal Car Club Names

Ok, I've had a lot to deal with lately, but I'm finally getting back into the swing of things. I've been thinking of a lot of names and the ones in the poll are currently what I have.

The club will not be cars only or trucks only. But instead, it will be Toyota only. That also includes Scions. I think by doing this, we can grow large fast and broaden our membership.

So here are some names I've been thinking of:

• Kustom Toyz (Self Explanitory)
• Code 415 / C4 15 Car Club (415 is the police code for disturbing the peace)
• Illicit Concepts (Unlawful Ideas)

If you have any ideas, please post them. I'm open to suggestions. And please, no childish car club names. I want the name to be clever. :top:

i like illicit concepts. :top:. i just started one. CALI CUSTOMZ car club. pretty self explanitory. anything custom. we got euro to vip to scrapers.

I like the SoCal names. The only problem I see is the fascination with SoCal and the whole "Bro" craze. I kind of want to stay away from all the Famous, Monster, Metal Mullisha, Hand Grenade and SoCal sticker craze. LOL

Edit: And when you do something like Illicit Concepts, you can broaden your reach. Who knows, maybe we'll be in NorCal and Vegas and so forth some day.

How is Illicit Concepts childish? How many people do you want to bet would've looked up the definition had I not told them? Illicit Concepts is a good name, because half the crap we do to our vehicles is considered illegal. And the ideas we get to modify are usually illegal also. So yes, Illicit Concepts does fit.

Childish names would be "Silent Killers" or some crap like that. A car club name should be simple, to the point and descriptive. How is Illicit Concepts not following that? For car club names, you don't want more than 2 words. More than that confuses people for some reason, lol.

Also, you don't want to make it region specific. If someone in NorCal joins, they're not gonna want to have "SoCal" anything on their vehicle. So making it SoCal only is out of the question. However, we can say it originated in SoCal. You want a name that looks good on stickers, trophies, banners and rolls off the tongue. Something easy to abbreviate or shorten if need be. The name is a key part to any car club. It represents you and your buddies.
