i'd love to buy a front and rear set for $1500. I like slotted rotors but wouldnt do it with drilled rotors, NO ONE will turn then if/when they warp. Can we get braided line for the front and rear as well?

Keep up the good work.:top:
Do the front too while you're at it, to keep the f & r brake balance. Are you using proportioning valve also?

I'm using the stock hard lines in the back, just cut the end off and put a SAE end on and reflare. not sure what I'm doing with the front yet. As far as the proportioning valve, I gotta test it first, hoping the smaller piston size of the rears along with the lower fluid displacement of the master cylinder to the rear works out. otherwise a wilwood proportioning valve will be used. actually hoping the MC has enough diplacement.

I found that the bearing is non reusable if you press it off, and at 235.00 for aftermarket replacments each, the 2 pc was the only solution.

Does that mean that you have to cut off your old backplate?

like the sos kit, yes u have to cut the old backing plates off (unless you want to spend an extra 470.00 for a new bearings)with a cutoff grinder. the drum shoes are for the emergency brake only, the rotors have a drum on the inside for the e brake.

I am currently working on getting pricing for 10 sets, I buy the calipers rotors and hats, the calipers are Outlaw 2000 series (red anodized) the hats and rotors are 2pc wilwoods, the parking brakes are ford explorer components, and my custom 2 pc backing plates, and brake cable ends.
Death shadow may be offering this kit for sale upon completion of testing. hopefully in the next 3 weeks, gotta wait for the snow to go away here. also working on a matching front BBK kit, details on that in the next couple of weeks.
