How much wider r the prerunner flares vs the x. Truck looks nasty with those tires and I think the height is great. Not to low. Not too high. I'm 3 4 and I'm thinking of bringing her up and putting on some tires like yours.

So does this truck handle the twisties better than an x-runner. If it does a convertion might be worth looking into.

Thanks man.... The only thing about these wheels I don't like is the lack of tire selection

^^^Oh this truck can perform!! Especially with the 2.7 and NST kit:top: The xrunners do have an x brace; curious how much of a difference that actually makes... I bet alot! Regardless, I live in Colorado and it snows 4 months a year. This state is wrx sti country; I wanted something different. The tundra racing lowering kit made a huge difference; but I still have the stock blisteins. Wonder if the qa1s are that much better? Not sure which size would work either...

What's the size if the wheel?

Put a tow hitch on and it will somewhat act as an x-brace. :rolleyez:

Yes there are many tires with 275/40 but with the 3.73 gear ratio going 65 would be well over 3000 rpms:thumbdown: Although my 0-60 would be way better! Anyway, 20 inch wheel has way more tire choices and still keeps me at around 2500 rpms at 65
