Amsoil question

Im thinkin I'm going to be doing Amsoil for motor, trans, and diff within the next few weeks... Ill be ordering URD SS and Cat-back and doing the install myself so I figure I'll just take care of everything at once... with regards to the signature series, any advantages to the 0w30 over the 5w30?
