Man i feel like i should have paid a lot more . There was really nothing wrong with mine except for some minor stuff and the mileage. yall all payed over 22k and i didnt even hit 20 lol

how did you pay 21230 out the door? The tax on a new vehicle in the 20's is high, atleast 12-1500, and MSRP is like 23,5 - 25.

Thats what I wanna know, I bought the same truck about a month earlier for 26 otd ???
My dealership swore that he couldn't go down on price cuz of the low quantity and crap:thumpdown:

toyota employee discount, with 6.5% for 6 years

Dealership, it cost me 500 over invoice.

my price and rate was set by toyota directly. i could have got a little better rate if i went 5 years but i needed the lower payment.

Mine came to me from the toyota proving grounds, so it had some mileage on it, so it wasnt technically brand new.

The engine was pretty much new though :biggrin:

Yep, they took the engine outta mine for awhile and tested a hybrid setup :top:

man im sure glad TRD wasn't trying to test their S/C on this engine :laugh:

when you buy a new vehicle and trade your old you only pay tax on the difference. in my case i traded in a 02 blazer and got $9500 for it(actually managed to get exactly what i owed on it). so i only paid tax on $11,000.

no. the idea is you already paid sales tax on your prior vehicle. so it would be unfair to make you pay again.

ahhh i see. well i think im going to just break down and buy one. i got quoted 26k for an 07 so im going to call this place that has one with ss, intake, floormats and all that junk and see if they will beat it by like 100 bucks and ill buy it. wish me luck.
