LCD TV Suggestions?

When I purchased my first LCD, I negotiated $400 off my Samsung and that was a few years ago. I would think with the current state of the economy, you would have even more buying power while these companies struggle to move inventory.

trust me this is a great tv for the money, its best buys brand and when you hook up the blue ray you cant even tell the difference from the pioneer

Yeah, that's the one i was going to get from best buy for $799 until the guy at hhgregg dropped the LG down to $799 to compete with them. I must say the insignia looked really good in the store.

i can say beyond a shadow of a doubt that hdmi cables make a huge HUGE differance...i was one of those that was like "cmon how can a cable make that much of a differance??" i bought the cables setup my bluray to 1080p...popped in "shooter" on BD...let me tell you...wow...now i decided to throw my 32" sony bravia in my bedroom and upgrade to a 42" or 46" sony bravia...you need to believe that i need to get my killzone 2 game on a bigger screen (probably the nicest looking game on any console so far)
