If u can't afford coupes gauges u can always get Prosports full electronic sweep that are blacked out when off. They also do the opening ceremony just like the $200+ ones Coupe has. If u have the money get Coupes cause I'm sure they are superior to Prosport.

Prosport u can get them to lite up 2 different colors if you'd like, I think Coupes do all the colors in the rainbow

Sorry can't think of what Coupes are called:dontknow: EDIT: They're Nexus gauges
I just put some AEM gauges in a flexpod I had Sittin around, only have a nite shot but they're white faced to match my main gauges and lite up the same. A/F on left and Boost/Vacuum on the right

Thanks bro I think I'm gonna go with the prosport gauges. I would like to get the expensive ones but as long as the prosports do the job right then I'll be happy.

Just make sure u get the electrical ones if u plan on putting them into a Flexpod like mine are or else u will never get the lines into the backs of the gauges

electrical use sending units to convert the signal for your gauges, mechanical use actual lines from things like a oil line, coolant line, fuel line, for pressure and temps. so your have those fluids flowing into the cab and to the gauges, not a great idea.

digital and analog are a thing of preference.

do the electrical guages have any kind of parts that have to be installed by cutting, welding new bung on exhaust, etc for the sending units or just splice into wires of existing sensors?

Electrical gauges will come with new sending units. These do not replace your existing. Your ECU may require the existing units to get data.

If you have an OBD II type of gauge, then it will hook up at your OBD II (Like a scan gauge). This will take readings off your stock sending units.

Some information is not available. Such as oil pressure.

i have a new set of bfgatko's 2657017 and they really did bite the asphalt. i could feel them buckling..i have wanted sc since i bought truck, now with 49790 miles its a reality. will add cai, 2.85 and gauges asap. just want to keep it under the required fuel mod at this time...i have noticed the engine runs a little warmer now...the new thermostat seems to keep the gauge more in the middle of the temp range...cant say much else, only got to run around for 30 minutes or so today...it is a real whiner..

I hear ya. Looks like it's time to update ur mod list now. If I get boosted I'm gonna get gauges to start off then upgrade in stages hopefully. I don't wanna get something and not really have any other supporting mods to help out

thats what i had planned also, but it didnt go down that way...i really hadnt spent anything on truck until 49k(except bridgestone revos at 500 miles), u spend for bfgatko's, 5100's,red top battery, escort 9500ix,k&n,....its starts to ad up, 2.5k...then u think, should have kept the old stuff and just added sc 4 another 2k...u gotta bite the bullet...
