From experience : headers are EASY the studs will be where u have problems.

If I was closer I'd come up too. Sound like u have good help, but if u want any tips from my install let me know

what tap and socket do I need to install them?

8x1.25
And I used the double nut (with the factory nuts) technique to remove and install. The hex head on the ARP studs may work for you if your block threads are good though.

12mm for stock nuts

10mm *12point* for arp nuts

You will want plenty of pb blaster to free up the rusty parts too
