At the earliest the passport requirement will go into effect on June 1st 2009. I am down to go.

I feel we should start the voting over and narrow the choices to southern cal, vegas and tx.

screw SoCal, you talking 26hrs drive for anyone on the east side of your area, limit the choices to:

El Paso, Texas - 10-14 hrs drive for everyone
Vegas, Nevada - Short drive for SoCal and Arizona, but lose 30 texas members
Roswell, New Mexico - Just so when you can get old you can brag bout it to your grandkids
Anywhere in Arizona - Not central, but most members from last year were from that state.

SoCal was taken into consideration last year, and the event placed for SoCal to attend...and they didnt even attend. Dont force out texas for the sake of people who wont attend anyway.

Why would you come to anything west associated, you are geographically closer to the east coast, no wonder you decide on tx first. :rolleyez:

Thank you to those who constructively threw out ideas/proposals about locations for the meet.

This thread is now closed. The staff will make some decisions and make a new thread regarding the location.
