Went to the track for the first time today, first time I ran a 16.08, missed second gear..
Second time I ran 15.4 w/ no launch
My third and final run of the day w/ launch:
Stock tires, K&N Intake, MAF Cal, S/S and Jardine catback. Not bad!

i threw the slips out from tonight cause i was focking pissed off! but my previous best was
ET 14.97 @ 92mph
60' was 2.191 on stocks on the same run.
Tonight was all over the place. My best 60' was a freaking 2.3xx, best ET was 15.05 and best mph was 94mph, not on the same runs though.

went out last night. DA was great at about 300 ft, but traction was nowhere to be found. Air temp was in the 40's. Don't know what track temp was. Just spun all the way through first on every run except one- had massive wheelhop on that one.

A. dont come at me wit that bs of no 4x4 because i AM AN X ENTHUSIAST!
B. its the same god damn truck just slightly heaver wit 4x4 and an lsd
C. this site is for performance straight to the point for toyota TACOMA x-runner ENTHUSIAST!

the picture is kinda shitty on the phone but u can see my time slip and race card
i was hoping u guys could anwser y so high... lol when i saw the time i was like WTF! YA!!
but yes it is odd. specially 4 idaho but the weather was dead perfect. maybe the strip screwed up i dunno. but its on the slip.. u cannot argue with the slip...
im going back 2 the track friday.. hopfully a second slip similar will prove it for sure.

Not too bad tonight. still working on the launch. I was pretty consistant ~2.1xx. I thought about playing with the X-1 launch control but i was happy enough with the 2.1xx times I was getting on my own. The URD traction bar makes a world of difference.
Still need to work on the shifts I usually shift a little early. and I top out third right before the 1/4 mile mark which sucks. :thumpdown: I just run it off the limiter over the line.
I did have one run with a little higher trap speed, but slower 1/4.
