so again i came across a set of brand new wheels for cheap...
but the only thing holding me back is the offset of the wheel.
the wheel size is 19x9.5 and the offset is +45...

is the offset of the wheel too much?is it okay to run a +45 offset?

I'm running +38 and use a spacer to achieve the look I want...however if I were to do it again I would try to get closer to +20...they will work but it's gonna tuck ur wheels quite a bit.:top:

it will rub in the front bro, im talking to a guy now cause im buying new rims and tires and im getting a 20x9.5 +30mm offset and we test fit and it rubs a little, would go with +25 or lower offset to be safe. :top:

Let me clarify that mine are 20x8.5 and that extra inch could be the difference. Don't wanna mislead you...:top:

I have to agree that that offset imo would be to much.

1 inch = 26.xx mm in space so you wheels would be like 12mm offset with spacer :top:

you could go with those wheels bro if you would like just need spacers they are like 65 -80 dollars depends on which ebay store lol. Have never used spacers not sure how they attach and all but i know they go between the hub and the wheel.

It will look kinda off running that offset. If your set on those particular wheels just get some wheel spacers.

This is not true. The stock offset is +30 on an 8 inch wheel. Offset is not the same between different wheel widths. My concern with the +45 offset is not the look, it will be 4mm closer to the fender on the outer lip, but the inner lip will be 34mm closer to the inner fender wall. My concern would be rubbing. Not sure how much room there is behind the wheel. I run a +25 on an 8.5" wheel (I extend 11mm out from stock) and I've still got a little room to go out before I'm completely flush. So I'd say you could probably go as far as a 10mm-MAYBE 15mm spacer before you're flush with the fender (front at least).

Go here, use 8inch width and 30 offset as stock. Then you can play with all the widths and offsets your heart desires. :top:

One of these nights I'll actually measure to see how much room there is on either side of the wheel. Maybe tonight? :hmmmm2:
