if you read the notes is says "Front,Left,4 Piston Caliper; 6 Lug, Qty needed per vehicle 1[Premium Semi-Loaded Caliper]"

sounds like a scam! they say it fits the xrunner and than says its for a 6 lug and its only the left one according to there info
